We will contact your doctor and request prescription refills for you unless the doctor wishes to discuss it with you directly.

We will notify you if a prior authorization is needed. The pharmacist will submit necessary coverage determination forms directly to your physician. Patients can conveniently track and follow-up on insurance coverage determinations for any drug and almost all drug plans.
